Full-colour digital printing to create custom items with your designs - A great alternative for orders from one unit
Direct To Garment - DTG is a full-colour digital printing technology, similar to the printers we would have at home. The system is based on four inks: cyan, magenta, yellow and black - CMYK colours - which are automatically mixed to reproduce a wide range of colours. Although the colour palette is huge, direct to garment printing does not allow you to create pure Pantone colours.
We print the design you want to personalise directly on the item material with the printer. This way, we don't need additional equipment or tools, as can happen in techniques like screen-printing or sublimation. DTG printing is therefore considered one of the simplest printing techniques, very useful in short runs. If you want to order in large quantities, we recommend sublimation printing or screen printing. We also recommend these two techniques instead of DTG printing if you want to order personalised mugs.
Direct To Garment printing gives excellent results on 100% cotton surfaces. That's why it's ideal if you want to print personalised bags for example, or on the paper we use to make calendars, badges or stickers.
With direct digital printing, you have at your disposal a variety of articles in which you can give the power to increase visibility to your brand. In general, this printing technique is ideal when you are going to print small quantities of the same design. For a wholesale order, costs may be higher than printing by sublimation or screen printing.
For any occasion and objective, in Camaloon you will find a wide range of articles and a service tailored to your needs.
