What is the secret ingredient to acquire new customers?
There are many brands that claim to be surprising or innovative, but few can sustain this claim as well as Jimini's. After all, Jimini's is known for its delicious snacks made with edible insects. When it came to promote one of their top products, the Apéro Boîte, Jimini's wanted to give their customers an useful gadget to showcase their brand and help relate it to the world of snacks. Something that could be present at the very moment of eating snacks, that could be shared naturally and become part of the ritual. Enter the magnetic bottle openers!
The bottle openers were therefore integrated onto the Apéro Boîte packaging. From this moment on, Jimini's customers could collect the different designs and decorate their fridges or give them away to friends and relatives.
Packaging is a key component of Jimini's strategy, since it has to display a very unique and special product. The objective is to make the packaging last longer and diminish the temporality factor. The bottle opener helps to arrive to potential customers; during the snacks time, the little gadget is shared and draws attention to the brand.
Design is another cornerstone of Jimini's strategy. Drawing inspiration from key elements of the brand, more than 15 designs were created, containing catchy phrases to get close to the end customer. This makes for a fun first contact with the brand; often times, the first contact is the one that matters.
