Bluelela, everything is inspiring.

Tell us what you like in two lines (colour, song, film, food…)

I love that feeling when a new idea comes into my mind. And sea. I love the sea.

Where does your passion for art come from?

I've been drawing and making all kinds of stuff since childhood, but I never took it seriously. Until a few years ago when I realized that creative work is the only work that makes me happy and that is the only thing I should be doing. So I quit my daily job and dedicated my time to making vector illustrations.

Where do you find inspiration?

I know it's a cliche but the inspiration is everywhere. Everything is designed. Colors, patterns, shapes are all around. Everything is inspiring.

Are you a nostalgic person?

No, not anymore.

Are there any other Camaloon artists that you like?

I'm pretty new to Camaloon, so I'll have to research more to pick artists I really like. But as soon as I opened Camaloon home page I saw some fantastic images.

How would you describe your work?

All over the place :) I like to create everything. I would't know how to even label of define my work. It's a growing and ever changing thing.

Tell us a funny story about you or your work.

I'm trying too hard to think of something but nothing pops into my mind right now :)

The project that makes you proudest.

It's always the last one I'm working one. But as soon as I finish it I'm thinking about the next one. I hope one day to have that one piece that I'm the proudest of. But maybe that will be the end of creating... What I am actually the proudest of is the fact that after 15 years of working all kinds of 9-5 jobs I decided to dedicate most of my time to art. But I don't consider myself an artist.

One last comment?

Thank you for the interview!
